My boy has been going now for two weeks and has loved his time, gets excited once he gets to Emma's door, comes home nice and chilled after a fun day with woodie and Jessie and the other dogs, get regular 'pupdates' so you can see what your dog has been upto while your at work ect. Also Emma offers a very flexible service with drop off and collection which you don't get with a regular doggycare centre, can't recommend enough!

Emma is honestly incredible! My little chihuahua Fudge has been walked & boarded by Emma Hearts Pets on a lot of occasions and I couldn’t be happier. Fudge is my pride and joy and I trust Emma soooo much with him. Shes caring, well trained, communicates with pictures & messages, friendly, trustworthy & you couldn’t want any more for your pets! Emma goes the extra mile, above and beyond and will do anything to help make your life easier. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for fudge, even out of hours making sure his ok when poorly and offering amazing advice. Looking forward to many more walks & stays with you! Emma is such a knowledgable and trustworthy professional in every aspect of her work. She was eager to get to know us and our dog before commencing walkies to ensure we were all comfortable and we haven’t looked back since! Our dog absolutely loves his walks each week (and loves Emma) and his walking on the lead improved dramatically and very soon after Emma had introduced her consistent approach. I can now walk my very large dog along with a pushchair safely and without worry which is something I would never have been able to do before Emma Hearts Pets came along. Her advice and communication is amazing and it’s great to hear how my dog is doing whilst I’m away from home for reassurance and peace of mind. Emma is flexible and always happy to do her best to fit in to whatever our week has in store and we don’t know what we would do without her now after a couple of years of her complementing our busy lives! HIGHLY recommend.
