Due to being a beauty therapist myself i can tell that emma knows what she is talking about and provides a good massage. I recieved a fullbody massage however upon turning over realised she wasnt wearing a mask or visor... i private messaged emma about this thinking she my just not be aware however was completely ignored and recieved no reply. I then went to write a review on her fb page after giving her over a week to reply and come to find i have been blocked from writing review. It is currently law for all beauty therapist to wear a mask and visor in treatment and feel she is putting herself and clients and their families at risk by not wearing the correct PPE. I would have left 5 star rating had, i had a professional reply rather than being ignored....

Emma gave me an amazing massage during my visit to Nuneaton. She was really friendly and professional, talking me through the process and making sure I was happy and understood each part of the massage. I had a full body massage which was so relaxing, felt like I had a whole nights sleep once she was done. She was so nice and it was great because after she had finished I put my pajamas on and chilled at home because she came to me! Amazing and cannot wait to book again when I am in Nuneaton.
