Emma’s treatment was highly professional throughout and her experience and knowledge are very evident. Her therapy room was very private, well laid out, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and with the temperature perfect. As a new client it was good to have the time invested by Emma before the massage started so that she had a good understanding of my history. Based on my earlier provided feedback we confirmed the details of my treatment on the day, the excellent massage that followed sorted out my various aches with a mixture of pressures being used, it well met my expectations and I felt so much better afterwards. For COVID19, Emma has some really easy to follow, good and sensible safety practices in place to ensure both the client and her are as safe as can be in these times we live in, hopefully these will not be needed for too much longer. I had no hesitation in booking another appointment after my first.
