I contacted Emma after breaking the stone in my engagement ring enquiring about using the remnants to create a new ring. The consultation process was fantastic, both in person at a consultation and following that via email to determine key choices. We were so happy Emma could utilise the pieces remaining of the ring and even helped us come up with some amazing choices for how we could re use the original stone that was broken to produce a gorgeous pair of earings. The process was brilliant throughout and the final result is just perfect. I'd definitely recommend and go to them again in the future.

Got in touch with Emma via her website to arrange a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend-now-fiancée. Emma got back in touch straight away and was very friendly, communicative, professional. We wanted something a little different for the engagement ring (no diamonds) and I was expecting a bit of pushback from a jeweller but Emma was enthusiastic about the design concept and instantly jumped in with where she could source the stone my partner wanted (Whitby Jet). Emma was also able to take a rough set of images of rings my girlfriend liked the "feel" of, combine that with some clarifications and guidance from myself, and then transform this via her expertise into a solid set of concepts with the option to tweak and adjust before committing. I was very pleasantly surprised at Emma's prices. Some of this may be due to the materials (lack of a diamond), but labour is the source of all value and I was braced for a hit to the wallet. This is a top-tier design and custom fabrication service at an affordable price if you're in the North East. After an initial consultation you can get a rough quote which may be adjusted based on the price of materials (precious metals fluctuate in costs!). You pay in stages; a set price for the design service which gets you your 3D models and concepts; then a percentage of the remaining balance to begin the fabrication where Emma makes you your piece; and then finally the remaining balance upon collection. We're heading back to Emma to do my fiancée's wedding band to match her engagement ring, and also to get me a wedding band as well.

Emma and her team excelled when creating our bespoke Wedding Rings. Emma has such artistic flair and gave us lots of different options, it was tough deciding which one we liked the most! The ring was made from a necklace with lots of sentimental value and Emma made the whole process a really enjoyable experience. We couldn't have asked for a better service and I smile every time I look at the rings. Also she wasn't phased by the short time frame we gave her and never made us feel panicked at all which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend Emma and the team!

We chose a ring to be made, and she didn't disappoint. So much so when we went to collect it my wife was in tears. She listened to our ideas and implemented some key aspects that we wanted in the ring and came up with two beautiful designs to choose from.
