    We have had a wonderful experience using Emm-Bee Motorhomes. From start to finish.... well continuing actually.....nothing has been too much trouble. Ben Seavers has been extremely professional and helpful. We part-exchanged our MH for a larger one with them. Whilst waiting for our new one to be ready for collection we were given a lift to and from Bury to pass the time. Another sign of excellent service. I cannot recommend them higy enough.

    Fantastic service from Emmbee Motorhomes of Bury. Went to the NEC show in October with a view to buying a Motorhome. I needed some advice whilst on the Burstner stand and was approached by who turned out to be Phil Barker of Emmbee. After understanding what we were looking for he introduced us to Craig Meller as they had a used Burstner coming in by the end of the week with the layout we were looking for. We didn’t want to wait c. 12 months for a new vehicle as we had just sold our caravan. They had initially sold this vehicle and knew it’s condition would be good. We visited Bury and saw the vehicle within an hour or so of it’s arrival and it’s condition was excellent. There were a few blemishes which they said they would rectify and upon delivery the vehicle was spotless and could have been placed on the stand at the NEC. The whole journey with Emmbee has been exceptional. We are new to motorhoming and they have been great to deal with, so patient with the added bonus of online presentations of how the vehicle works which is a permanent record accessible at all times - a priceless feature in my opinion. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back there for future purchases and would highly recommend them. Can’t wait now to hit the road in the new year. Thank you Craig, Phil and the whole Emmbee team.

My main contact was the sales manager Craig - very friendly and professional to deal with and he organised a quick and really smooth transaction.     Went to another dealer 3 miles away yesterday. Two staff sitting in the office doing nothing. When we asked if we could look at a couple of vans, told sales staff were all at NEC Show and they were only "doing rentals". They weren't actually doing anything but not able just to open two motorhome doors for us to put our heads in the door! Ended up then at Emmbee and their sales staff also out at NEC. Two absolutely lovely girls helped us out, were so brilliant and friendly, customer service was AMAZING!! Nothing was too much trouble. Went from ridiculous at TMC to sublime here. What a credit to this business. The only problem was they had so many vans that fit our criteria, we are struggling to choose but will be making a decision in the next day or so and definitely going back. Top top girls!!!
