    Travelled on Emirates on business class following recommendation. Whilst plane was stationary before take off steward dropped champagne over me - no basic manners lacking of training - left me wet for the duration of the flight no apology lack of empathy. Wasn’t allowed to use onboard shower either! The steward had also taken my suit for onboard storage upon boarding the flight - only to have lost my suit and unable to track to date. Sent numerous emails, called several departments - utter incompetence, total disorganisation. Staff from Poland with no basic knowledge of communication skills replying via template/ set emails. Emirates pride them selves offering first class onboard service- this is definitely an overrated statement and false advertising and most certainly misleading.

    I had a terrible experience with the lady at check-in in Manchester airport (please look on your portal to find out who the person who checked me in was, I cannot recall her name). Myself & my fiancée checked in together but when the lady looked at my partners fit to fly PCR certificate, she questioned it saying it does not look legit (she was accusing us of it being fake), despite her saying mine was fine. The strange thing was we both got PCR at same lab, so I don't know why she said hers is a problem . She asked my fiancee to load up the email on her phone, and still questioned it despite it being from an official PCR lab (DAM Health PCR company it is called). During this whole time of checking, the lady was constantly talking with the colleague next to her and not giving her full attention to helping us check-in. It seemed like she was talking about us and laughing in arabic. I have never encountered such rude, intimidating service with Emirates in my life and I hope this check-in lady at Manchester airport is held accountable for her behaviour as it made the journey so stressful and she was wasting unnecessary time by chatting to her colleague. She did not even ask how we are or show us a smile. As well as this, when it came to boarding time, there was a 1 hour delay to board the plane, apparently due to lack of Emirates cleaning crew which was quite frustrating as everyone was crowded, with no distancing before the gate. During the flight, the person who sat next to us ended up throwing up and feeling sick for most of the flight. The cabin crew were very helpful in assisting the sick person. However, they asked us to move to the back of the plane, despite me choosing seats in advance which are far from the back of the plane. The back of the plane had wires and all sorts of equipment on so I requested if I can sit somewhere else like in business class but this was not permitted. In addition to this, there were internet issues on the flight so I could not use the WIFI service. Finally, the food was a vegetable curry which did not taste pleasant at all, I was very disappointed with this too. I hope you can take my feedback on board and consider giving me a complementary upgrade if I take a flight with Emirates in future, as this experience was horrifying. You can even verify the information above through contacting cabin crew/check-in staff and Manchester airport staff too if you like. Thank you .

    We love emirates . It’s our go to airline for travel to India . We are more than happy with the rewards program Skywards .We have used points to discount our air fare and we have had several free upgrades over the years . Dubai airport is a luxury airport to stop over in for a few hours . It has three linked terminals that are full of places to eat ,shop and relax . Business class facilities are excellent and spacious . The food is always great and good quality .

    Emirates has all of a sudden cancelled my flight and automatically booked me on a flight 8 days before! If one tries to change it to a suitable alternative date there is an additional charge of £2000 !!! Have been on hold for hours on end with them but they just shut the line after it reaches 90 minutes of hold each time. Really did not expect such poor non existent level of service … it would have been better if I had booked with a travel agent instead of booking directly ! I would have at least be able to speak to someone. It has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with Emirates !!! They’ve left customers in a lurch with this sudden cancellation and no support. Never again …

    As a regular traveler with Emirates to all over the world, the airline is without doubt the best. But the Manchester lounge is one of their worst. The food is very average, often quite cold. The toilets are terrible. I will say the view of the runway is very nice. Hopefully with the new terminal their will be a new Emirates lounge. After saying all of this I would still say the Emirates lounge is still better than all the rest of the lounge sat Manchester. The owners have milked Manchester airport and never re-invested until now. Sorry for the 3 stars Emirates but that’s all it deserves
