I‘m not usually one to write reviews or recommend places but, given the incredible experience I’ve had at Eminent, I felt it was necessary. After pregnancy and labour, my skin was left feeling dry and lifeless, until I went to Eminent for a Hydrafacial. The staff are extremely well informed, respectful, and professional. Upon arrival, the treatment and forms were explained in detail. The lady who did my treatment also explained what she was going to do before each step of the process. This put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy the experience. I left feeling relaxed and fresh faced! Needless to say, this has now become my go-to clinic for any treatment. Highly recommend 😊

I have been coming to Eminent Skin and Beauty for just over a year now for facial laser treatments, and I cannot recommend the clinic enough. When you first walk into the building, the receptionist is very friendly, and you do not have to wait for more than 60 seconds before you are requested to make your way up to the floor where the clinic is. Upon arrival you are always greeted by the most warm and welcoming staff and no matter how long and busy day they have had, the qualified practitioners always welcome you with a smile, offer you some refreshments and ask how your day has been. I would review this 5 stars alone just on the customer service aspect. The Laser practitioners are highly qualified professionals and the treatments carried out are to high standard with the customer’s comfort, safety and well-being in mind. The laser hair removal treatment has worked 100% for me , and all expectations are set within your consultation in what can be expected, treatment plans, price points and recommendations are made without the pushy sales tactics which is welcomed. They are also extremely organised in sending appointment reminders and accommodating regarding timings. This is an excellent clinic that not only offers amazing laser hair removal services, but also Hydra-facial's which I’ve also had and could not fault the service and treatment and would 100% recommend the clinic for all of your beauty needs you will not be disappointed 😊
