Firstly- these solicitors are not located here. This is an estate agents office, that collects any documentation sent to Emin Reed and forwards it on. We picked this firm, as we were buying a house in the neighbourhood and hoped to meet the conveyencer face to face as this was our first home. Fat chance of that. Every request for a meeting was put off. They did the bare minimum, were not responsive to emails or phone calls, and made the settlement quite stressful. They did not provide any advice or guidance to us as first time buyers. Would never use them again.
