I'm so glad I found this place for my dress. Sue is so friendly and her dresses are such good value for money. She let you take your time to look and there was no pressure to find one quickly. She even lets you take pictures of the dresses you tried on at a different shop I wasn't allowed to. Out of all the places I went to Sue's shop was the best of them all. I would recommend this shop to any future brides looking for a dress. Thank you Sue for everything

Sue and Ellie were incredibly accommodating. Full explanation of the process and extremely knowledgable. All the dress were absolutely beautiful! Being plus size I was worried about wedding dress shopping but the minute I tried the first dress on and it fitted me I was happy. I do not have a bad thing to say! Would recommend to any future brides!

Really horrid experience ! We went for a prom dress , sadly sue did not have the right dress size . She had 2 dresses that may be ok with alterations . Sue agreed I could pay for both and take home to decide . One of them we really liked but as it needed a lot of alterations we decided against it and sue had it back . The 2nd one was ok ish but still not a great fit . My daughter is xxs size 0 . My daughter is really anxious and has struggled for the last year and a half not going to school . So I wanted to get this right . I travelled to Southampton to another store and found a dress the right size , a perfect fit. I then took the other dress back to sue in Emily grace as she said she would refund if I found something else . We had not had a refund for the first dress I took back so assumed she could refund both together . Sue got very rude , and could not put a refund through on machine to bank . I said to take off some money for her time in trying to help us with dress but she refused . She told me she would get refund done straight away on Monday 27th June . I worked Monday , so it was late after I checked with bank . I called her to leave message so she could sort asap next day . She answered and she was so rude to me , she told me “ it’s no wonder your daughter has issues “ and spoke over me whole time and then put the phone down . I had given her first dress back last Tuesday and second one on Saturday and still no refund for either !! So I have no dresses and no money !!! No apology from her , just a very rude , nasty lady who makes horrid personal comments .
