    Incompetent and arrogant useless bunch. Staff sound like they are on their death bed, I’ve seen more enthusiasm in a sloth. One of the most unprofessional places I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Don’t respond to emails despite being booked in with them as a customer and all round useless can only imagine the type of service you car will receive at the end of this type of incompetence and that of an approved dealer! Utterly useless, took my business elsewhere across the road to Stellantis more expensive but at least professional and give you peace of mind as apposed to EMG! Avoid at all costs!

    I think there has been a misunderstanding back in 2019 regarding my Peugeot Expert. Although the car has been in and out about 6-7 times, at the end they have managed to repair it. Since that day i never had any issues.

    I have been using EMG for over 25 years, at their Epsom site first, and have never gone elsewhere. Why? Simply because they have looked after my cars as well as providing an exemplary standard of customer care. I have bought 3 cars from them historically, and have had 4 cars serviced/ MOT d / upgraded by them. They call me in advance of the annual service and MOT (it’s easy to forget), they pick up & deliver back my car, it is always clean, they call me to discuss any issues (rarely with a Suzuki are there issues) and provide an estimate for my consideration. I have always been able to question estimates and my opinions are listened to (sadly as a woman they are often not). Also their charges are extremely fair so I would not wish to go elsewhere and recommend them without reservation.
