    Shockingly poor built quality. Hot water supply was cut off three times within 6 months, not to mention the lifts and the entrance gate have been repaired over and over again. As far as I know there is also a bathroom leak problem in most apartments in the building. For our apartment only it has been fixed 3 times and the leak still came back. One guy at the concierge is quite rude but all his colleagues at the concierge are lovely - sadly the only annoying staff is there like every day.
