Had a burst pipe that i needed fixing. Contacted them at 5pm..they said a technician will be with me within 2 hrs..no one shows up and no communication. All the while I've got my mains switched off and no heating due to burst pipe. They said someone will show up at 7am next day..I get up at 6 waiting for this technician. Noone shows up and I'm trying to chase a response. Nobody has decided to contact me or provide an explanation for this no-show. I would not use this company or recommend to anyone. They left me in a lurch with 3 little kids in the house and I explained all this to the chap on the phone. They should have just been honest with me and said that noone is available to look at this and to find someone else. I would have appreciated that instead of being held up.
