  One of the worst services and employment processes so far- not the actual all agency but couple people from there. Very uneducated Hristine K started to be rude once she saw my picture on what’s app 😂 once I was told by her I need 6 months reference and I got one finally then I was told by her colleague ( as she did not hesitate to communicate anymore by herself ) that she said I need 5 years of experience all of sudden 😂 Anyway, not to wast time here expect some of them drag your application more than 4 months .I have all messages and emails saved of their communication with me .Overall please think very well before registering.

  Don’t waste your time to register with this agency. They don’t have shifts, but the compliance team have been recruiting nurses so that they can remain employed and get paid. This is silly because they can still get paid even if they don’t fool people to register with them. There are people registered with them but haven’t heard anything from them, yet if you call them right now, they will send you all their requirements and online training to register.

  My husband has been receiving excellent care from Emergency Personnel for nearly 4 years, he has been in and out of hospital in recent months, while in hospital the carers, the Co-ordinaries and Clinical Lead are in constant contact, especially Carla, the Clinical Lead, she has been so supportive, empathetic and always available when I needed her, going that extra mile, a credit to EP. Could not have coped without her encouragement and good advise. Cannot thank her enough.

  I was in contact with someone called Kai WhatsApp and I sent all my documents over to Hannah at the compliance team, completed all my online training and arranged blood test results. Never heard anything back, despite several attempts to call and message. Very disappointing

  Worst agency I've ever worked with. Started off smoothly but when I raised concerns about the care package I was working with, I was blacklisted and they refused to pay me for work already done. Whenever I tried to contact them about my pay, whether it be via email or phone, I was either ignored, lied to or kept on hold at length on the phone, in the hope that I would eventually hang up. In the end, I had to involve my union and raise a grievance in order to get paid. Not at all professional, from the owners down throughout the rest of their staff. If you're happy to work for an agency that promotes unsafe practices and don't value your concerns/feedback, then they'll be right up your street. Otherwise AVOID!!! They are only in it for the money and cares nothing about the staff on the ground. The client I was working with rightly withdrew from them based on my concerns. If I could have given no stars for this review, I would! Update: In response to the owner's comment, my concerns were about inadequately trained staff (HCAs) taking over the package that I was asked to upskill over two shifts, which was inadequate and dangerous for such a complex care package. I did raise a complaint which was ignored. Hence, why grievance was raised. Obviously, not my real name but my reviews are always honest.

  Emergency personnel have looked after my daughter for 9 months and I've never had so much stress in my life .Inexperienced nurses sent making multiple mistakes putting my daughter at risk nurse and carers sleeping on night shift ,no skills at organising staff rotas ei 2 nurses turning up for 1 shift and verbal fights between them around my daughter arguing whos shift it is.no nurses or carers available all the time with the constant threat of my daughter being sent back to hospital I could go on but I'd be here all day .I would not recommend this company.

  Do not trust them! I was contacted by a person working for them through facebook. He asked me for my CV and told me he would be in contact to send me the application form. I had to message him a few times before he sent it. However, I fill in the form and then he told me that I would receive a call by someone working for the agency to have an interview. I waited for a while, I messaged him again and he told me to send a copy of my passport (shouldn't he ask for the DBS and other documents too?). He added that someone would be in touch to contact me. I am still waiting. It has been nearly a month. Do not trust them!
