Had contact with Corey on a bank holiday Monday for a water leak clean up. Engineers arrived promptly and excavated all water and sanitized affected areas. Corey kept me updated throughout and sent completion photos showing the end result. We were very impressed with the reactive service we received and would highly recommend.

We returned to our house to find it smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. We found Emergency Clean UK on a Google search and were a little nervous about instructing them as we didn't know anyone who'd used them. However they served us impeccably, with very good responsiveness, effort and quality. They attended just 2 days after we contacted them - quicker than we could find locally. They understood our problem and had genuine expertise and experience in dealing with smoke damage. On the day 5 guys attended from many miles away for 7 hours and worked flat out. Our house went from uninhabitable (for us as non smokers) to better than when we moved in originally! They used a full chemical clean of surfaces, washed our curtains and blinds, hot steamed our carpet and ozoned the whole house. They accepted payment through the 3rd party payment platform Stripe so again helped provide confidence. Would totally recommend to others.

What a great company to deal with. Very personal service, easy to get hold of and extremely prompt. Only minor issue was that the cleaner turned up at a different time, however on this occasion it wasn’t an issue. The cleaner, Katie, was knowledgeable and did a thorough job. Overall, very happy.

First class service that I would highly recommend. Everything from the initial contact and acceptance of job, quote, clear communication of the process, timescales and completion of the clean was exceptional. This was an emergency job with same day clean required in difficult circumstances and I couldn’t be more grateful for their work. I haven’t shared the photos because of the nature of them and for privacy purposes but the transformation is quite incredible.
