I bought some hexagon tiles and I'm in love with the result. Staff where really helpful and no cues. The return policy is great and they give you facilities to put the heavy boxes in the boot.

Really poor customer service. I was given the wrong tiles, which resulted in delays, extra expenses, carrying tiles up and down the stairs(with recently torn Achilles), waisting my time and the tiler’s time. The compensation I was offered was more building materials/tiles(which I don’t really need as I’m only redoing my bathroom) or 12£ discount on the tiles…the error will end up costing me over 100£ and EMC are offering me 12quid, They've also offered me a same day delivery of the right tiles for free, something which I rejected straight away as I've had the tiler with me, we can't be waiting around for the tiles to be delivered... and if I can't trust them to pick the right tiles, why would i trust them to deliver the tiles to me ''same day''. For them same day might mean 17:00h... To me this is extremely disrespectful and I will never buy or recommend them to anyone. I've sent further email to EMC to see where was I inaccurate, but had no response as of yet. Email below: Hi EMC Tiles, Please can you confirm what exactly is inaccurate in my review? You are correct, I was offered bunch of things generally listed in the review which I don't really need. As stated in the review, I can't be waiting around with the tiler hoping the tiles will arrive on time. Same day delivery could mean in 5 hours time to you...if I can't trust you to get the right tiles in the first place why would I trust you to deliver asap? Thank you for the nice wishes, but they mean nothing to me. As an employee of a business that serves in over 220 countries around the globe I communicate with many different customers daily, we do get things wrong sometimes too as we are all humans and we make mistakes, but when we do mess up, we offer relevant compensation to the customer, not what would be the cheapest and easiest option for us as business and completely worthless to the customer. I've spent 250£ on tiles recently in your showroom and all you offered me as compensation is more services/products that I don't need due to having only a small project not needing anything extra or 12 quid discount on the tiles. I felt most disrespected when Luke also offered me a single tile in compensation, trying to convince me that I will need it in future if I accidently break one... Every customer in my position will feel the same way. Regards
