Gem at Good Launch
I find accounting terms tough, really tough and I hate tools like Xero which honestly have one of the worst interfaces for an accounting tool I've experienced. Ember is very different - in a good way! 👌 It's clean, modern and everything is named in an easy and approachable way, from of categories for transactions which actually make sense (and they have detailed descriptions for them too) to your dashboard where it shows you breakdowns of your finances. I actually don't dread doing my accounting since using Ember and am so much clearer on finances now because of it. Oh and did I mention you can chat directly with an accountant via the chat on their website? And yes, I do use this a lot! For a young company, they're doing great things and I can't wait to see how they continue to improve Ember moving forwards 😊

The IOS application is broken, at least when you use Google to login. I am getting errors with transaction categorisation. Its barely usable on mobile. I would give it 5 stars if the application was usable.

We all know how important accounting is for businesses. But keeping track of your finances can be a real hassle, especially if you don't have a dedicated accounting team. If you're like most people, the very thought of accounting makes your head spin. It's no wonder- between keeping track of receipts, invoices, and payments, it's a full-time job in itself. And when tax time comes around, it can feel like you're juggling a million different pieces just to stay afloat. This software is easy to use and find your way around even the free version, ah! the eagle eyed among you are saying so why only 4 Stars not 5, well two reasons. 1. The app keeps closing for no reason when i'm adding expenses on my smart phone. 2. no software should be perfect there is always room to improve such as sorting out the bug I just mentioned.
