Not a good experience at all. 6 of went for lunch. We waited 40mins for our food, when it did come 2 of the dishes were cold, and 2 dishes weren't what was ordered. We then waited a further 20 mins for them to correct the mistake so we all ate separately and even then the food wasn't up to standard at all and not one of us enjoyed our food. This is the 2nd time we have been and both times it's been awful. The place is definitely going down hill. Will only be going for drinks in the future .

Food was good although they never seem to have any garlic bread/garlic butter. Drinks were nice. Place was quiet but clearly has a following for people with their dogs as there were quite a few when we arrived. Not sure what to say about the staff but they all looked so miserable. Not a smile to be seen and it was almost like you were a bother when ordering food/drinks. They looked fed up and when I was handed a card to provide feedback for the manager, I thought it would be good if the manager/landlady/landlord showed some presence in the place. Maybe taking people their dinner or asking how it was and saying hi. The place is clearly struggling and if they want families to visit or friends to stop off for drinks, they need to make the people feel welcome and not just the dogs!
