Just had a delicious meal at Embe Soul Food, Peterborough. Can't recommend highly enough. I had the chicken and prawn jambalaya, my friend had the veggie jambalaya, we had a good bottle of red and shared a pudding of Jamaican Trifle. Everything delicious. Pricing good. Staff wonderful. Highly recommend. Dietary restrictions: Cool for veggies

Ordered online, they literally forgot half the order, was ok but absolutely minimal mutton in the mutton curry. Like 3 pieces. Also I suspect the base might be Japanese Katsu stock... For 15 quid. We were looking forward to a good munch but these new places just can't seem to do anything right. I wish them luck, they will need it. Also, when you walk past the restaurant, it looks closed, stick some lights in the window ffs.
