Give the Zimbabwean embassy a call and ask any question and you will see the problem with Zimbabwe in seconds. No motivation to help you at all. Sarcastic responses to questions, absolutely disgraceful. You are left more lost having spoken to them. I feel sorry for anyone at the mercy of these people. The good reviews here are most definitely bots or people asked to leave a review I’m sure.

So I went to the Zim embassy to renew my passport, the service was alright and spent 30-45mins in. So I decided to share this to help before going in as this will save you time, so to renew your passport you need to have the following your passport, Zim ID, long birth certificate originals and a copy of the three, in either color or black and white. You have to get your photos done at 1 Northumberland Ave in Trafalgar Square next to Tesco express, in dark clothing, I woke a black top. Also no makeup or jewelry and have your hair tied in a bun. They only accept pictures from this place and it cost me £14. No need to book an appointment as this is a walk in system. Bring a black pen to fill in paperwork and £65 in cash, hope this helps someone. xx
