(Translated by Google) The stork is all working now. Going up to this place is worse than going to the worst nail shop in Vietnam. In the 4.0 era, the government website did not work, the booking system did not work. It's still working like it was in 1990. Anyone can get in and out in line. There is no notice of application fee. Contacted by phone, no one picked up the phone, contacted by email, 2 weeks later replied, but replied that you went to the website to read the information. inhibited, very inhibited. Why don't they make a decent website for people to fill out online for convenience.

The worst place of customer service. They are horrible, what they emailed you are totally different when you arrive at the Embassy. They have no empathy, no human inside these people who working there, they just want money money...and make up their own price (no price list for each services), and they expect to pay CASH ONLY When you ask them for price list, they suddenly change the bad negative attitude and told you: now they no longer able to do these paperwork...so We Not Allow to Ask... Feel like they just do not care... Would these problem will be solve? Will be change?

(Translated by Google) 1. You need to go to the website to make an online appointment 2 or 3 months before the date you want to come to dsq. 2. If you don't have time to make an appointment online, come as early as possible in the morning to get tickets for a few people without an appointment (walk-in tickets), walk-in tickets can only be used for the same day there. Opening hours for those who have an online appointment in advance is 9.30am for the first slot of the day. So people who want to walk-in may need to come from 7am to wait in front of the gate because there are many people who also need urgently can't get an online appointment and they queue up very early. Walk-in tickets will be distributed around 9-9.30 am, in order of first-timers. (A lot of people who come to walk in at 10am have no more walk in tickets that day, you can wait but no one can guarantee enough working time to get to your profile). 3. Priority order of work: people with online appointments will be given priority to do their appointment on time. If the person who booked the online appointment does not show up, or completes the application early, the person with the walk-in ticket will be called in in order. 4. Each profile takes from 15-45 minutes depending on the need to do. Working time is from 9.30am to 12.30am from Monday to Friday. 5. Need to go to the website to see the list of records, prepare the records to save time: pre-printed documents + pre-filled + if required pictures, bring pictures of cards that must be washed. 6. Application fee should be paid in cash, not accepted. You should prepare cash balance because the withdrawal place is quite far. Renew passport: Gentle staff, quick procedure (wait from 7.30am to 10am for the first walk-in ticket, see the fee payment file takes 30 minutes), can be obtained within the day (wait 60 minutes from the time of fee payment), £69~£250 depending on the situation. (Original) 1. Bạn cần lên website lấy hẹn online trước 2 hoặc 3 tháng trước ngày muốn đến dsq. 2.

Very friendly and tried to be helpful as they could, esp the lady in glasses. Though many found the services are limited, you need just to talk properly the information you were provided in the website, and be clear with that.

MY ADVICE IS DONT BUY A TRAVEL TICKET TO VIETNAM UNLESS, YOU HAVE BOOKED AN APPOINMENT FOR THE VISA. THERE IS A BLACK MARKET FOR BOOKING APPOINMENTS, WHERE YOU WILL PAY 100£ TO TRAVEL AGENTS SIMPLYTO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FORM FOR YOUR VISA ON YOUR BEHALF. I was appalled to learn that to make an appointment you need to have a ticket or book appointment. The funny thing is the earliest appointment for Oct 2022 is in April 2023. So the website option is there just for fun and no good for anyone. The office is opened at 9.30 but to get the ticket, you will need to get there around 7.00.Only a limited ticket will be given out. If you arrived without a ticket, I was told people wont serve you.
