My wife and I tried to book appointment to renew our passport for over a week now, twice a day we are on that website trying to book appointment and their either don’t add any new dates or when there is couple available those are gone within literal seconds. What’s the point of having Polish embassy of we will end up going to Poland to renew our documents?! Absolute waste of space and money.

Do this establishment really exist? No one to speak with a call including emails. Online appointment is blocked even without selecting an appointment date.

One of the worst Embassy and consulate service in UK. Thank God I'm not a Polish citizen, so embarrassing. My partner is Polish and to get an appointment for her passport renewal is absolute nightmare. I've even noticed some people trying to get Schengen visa for their spouse and they basically can't get it after months of trying. I've visited different embassy in my life for travel purpose and I can confirm that this is the worst embassy than several embassy of developing countries. They literally don't care about their citizens. No wonder why people from Poland move to different countries. They should close down their embassy and move back to Poland. Not up to UK standards. Disgusting!

(Translated by Google) It is faster to obtain citizenship in another country than to arrange a passport visit at a Polish consulate. (Original) Szybciej jest wyrobić obywatelstwo w innym kraju niż umówić się na wizytę paszportowa w polskim konsulacie.

Not much experience with the actual embassy as I could never get through on the phone. It's easier to book a flight and fly to Kraków and sort things out there. It only makes you wonder why some Poles treat other Poles with such disdain. A relic of serfdom, perhaps? In any case, with two passports now I'm not solely reliant on Poland and would recommend to become naturalised as British ASAP :-). The UK will always at least half-respect me and help me in need.

(Translated by Google) Some parody, people try to make an appointment for a passport visit and they can't because apparently some bots book everything. 2 months of daily efforts and nothing. (Original) Jakaś parodia, ludzie próbują się umowić na wizytę paszportową i nie mogą bo ponoć jakieś boty wszystko rezerwują. 2 miesiące codziennych starań i nic.

(Translated by Google) They ignore Polish citizens in passport matters and that's great. I have not been able to apply for a passport for six months. (Original) Ignorują polskich obywateli w sprawach paszportowych i to na potęgę . Od pòł roku niemogę złożyć wniosek o wydanie paszportu.

The worst embassy I have ever been to. Awful service, no information on website, no telephone support, no response to emails, no way to book appointments, they even have a bouncer on the door that acts like a thug. Just nothing there. I don't even know how to book appointment. Absolute shocking how the Polish government is represented in UK. Disgusting.

(Translated by Google) I have been trying to book an appointment for several days. Daily 09:00 and 20:00. I fly on a laptop and phone, sometimes with the help of my wife on other devices. When the deadline comes up, I don't hesitate half a second. I have no problem taking time off from work, so the time and day make no difference to me. This is very unprofessional. (Original) Od kilku dni próbuję zarezerwować termin. Codziennie 0 09:00 i o 20:00.
