    The service is really good and friendly. Today I went there for my driving licence translation. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time. When I checked the notice on the door, the security opened the door and asked me if I have anything to do there. I told him my appointment time is 30 minutes later, the notice said that the visitor can only come to visit in 10 minutes before the appointment. I guess I have to wait for 20 minutes outside the door. Fortunately, the security let me in and check my bag, then direct me to the reception guy, the reception guy is very kind and nice, he found my appointment actually did not succeed, because I can not show the appointment confirmation email, then he asked my details and sign me in immediately. Then he showed me how to get to the right service counter. The lady in charge of the counter is the same - nice and kind and very considerate, she checked my documents carefully and tell me the collection time, remind me not lose the collection sticker, etc. In total, no more than 15 minutes and all my procedures were done. I have to say a big thank you for the staff in the embassy.

    Absolute disgrace! I agree with all the comments. There is one lady in particular behind the window (short hair and wearing glasses) who is extremely incompetent and rude. She got frustrated because her English is not good and couldn't explain things properly. She found a mistake in one document and I accepted that. I asked her to check through the rest of the documents for any other issues and she said 'No, nothing else'. The next day I come to the consulate to apply again. Of course because she didn't actually check the first time, she found another mistake and I couldn't apply for the second time. She also said that she didn't see that document the day before when I'm absolutely sure the same document was in the folder. She basically lied to cover for her own incompetency. She doesn't know what she is doing. Looking at the rest of the staff sitting behind the windows in that consulate, they all look so miserable and angry. I noticed that most of the people in the comments who gave this consulate good review are either Korean or British. Looks to me that they have some sort of double standards!

    Worst experience ever. This service is very poorly managed. We applied for a transit tourist visa after sending our application we were emailed 10 days later stating that we are missing some documents however we had already sent them. After sending all our documents again we had no response. We are now having to change our flight to transit over another country , the whole service was very frustrating and disappointing.
