Despite making numerous attempts to contact the embassy by phone, my calls have repeatedly gone straight to voicemail. This is frustrating as i live outside London and do not have the option of visiting the embassy in person for updates or simple information. Thus, the information available on the embassy’s website has not been helpful addressing my concerns.
