Moc chválím pana Jakuba Pola za výborný, profesionální a přátelský přístup. Kdyby takhle fungovaly všechny úřady v ČR, tak se snad vrátím domů! Díky moc! Jediný problém vidím v celkové zastaralosti a zkostnatnělosti úředního systému ambasád. Tam kde jiné země mají možnost zažádat o pas pomocí aplikace na mobilu, Češi se musí osobně dopravit na ambasádu. Snad se MZV podaří toto změnit.
