spot on. They have valid phone number possible to reach them. They reply to emails in couple working days. When you arrive to your appointment they will call you on your time. Maybe 2-3 min delays what is nothing. They have walk in area for no appointments service, never seen crowded. Online registration easy and smooth. Really good service. And really good example how to manage things. Unfortunately I can't say the same for some other embassy I been in.
