One negative point and one good point : - It was not very easy to book an appointment to renew my passport. (I have tried for month before I could find one). - But, the good news is, once I had (finally) an appointment and that I have been to the Embassy, the staff was absolutly amazing (from the security to the admin staff).

An absolute disgrace. Du grand n'importe quoi mais on devrait pas s'etonner!!! Only 1 bloody Embassy for French living all over the UK to renew a passport and still have to come in person. Brits can apply by post to renew a passport for crying out loud! Tout est lent, tout est a la ramasse, comme les impots qui sont pas tjs preleves a la source, administration tellement lente mais c'est pas vrai !! 1 embassy...do they think everyone lives in bloody London? Aren't they ashamed I mean really? I live in Manchester with 4 children, how the hell am I supposed to pay for 5 train tickets return. Deserves a -5 star
