Change the appointment system! and allow your nationals to renew their passports easily. It is extremely stressful, and the operator tells you different times for when the appointments are released. Also, a lack of clarity on their website is also another issue. Please make it clear when new slots open so we know when to book. It is always booked out and so you have to wait another month for new slots to open. There is also a lack of clarity on emergency passport renewals! if you need it tell them and they have to Fastrack you. My experience in the past has been okay as a teenager. It would be better if the staff recognised us and were more friendly. They are mostly serious. Also the location is convenient and easy to find via Google Maps.
