My experience for this embassy is extremely unpleasant that I make a formal complaint due to the service is poor and unacceptable. I applied a Schengen visa based on a Family Member of an EEA and as EU regulations, the processing is in accordance to a faster procedure which may ONLY in exceptional cases takes longer thank 15 days. I called yesterday and the woman said she will ask her supervisor to look at which she even confirm that it should be prioritised as a family member of an eu. Today I called again and I spoke to man who is very unhelpful who is very incompetent and judging my application without his full knowledge about what it is. He is been asking question where he can even see in my application. And he advised that a manager will call me but no one called me back after lunch as promised. I tried to call again and the woman just said she cant help me at all. How terrifying is this? I won't let this pass where I have been disrespected in many ways for me and for my EU son. My complaint needs to be resolved asap.

Waited for over 30 days for my visa only to call and be told that it’s now 45 days processing time. My application has not even been touched. It went from 15 to 30 and now 45 so by now I have lost money in plane tickets and booking since they want to see a plane ticket when you apply for a visa. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. I desperately need my passport back because I lost a family member and need to travel back home and they told me to just cancel the application. After wasting my time and money!
