We had a 12.00 appointment but as soon as we got to the embassy we were told by the lady at the entrance that they were running late by about one and a half hours, we did appreciate the information and were prepared for a lengthy wait. After all, we were seen only thirty minutes late and despite the fact that we couldn't do what we were supposed to do we had a sound advice by the gentlemen behind the counter. I was pleased by his comments and expertise not only with the knowledge of the Colombian procedures but the local government requirements. Overall a good experience and prompt information given to us.
