There might as well not be an embassy, the people I have dealt with have not helped me in my needs for documents, and now ignore my calls and emails. It’s cheaper and more effective to just call a friend in Côte d’Ivoire and get your stuff sorted over there directly. What a joke.

Tried to renew my passport for about 6 months now still nothing. Staff are rude and unprofessional, phone calls are never answered, including emails, with a very poor website as it fails to give any clear directions. Overall very disappointing.

Worse experience at an embassy for real. This is extremely embarrassing like they’re SO RUDE!!!! And I’ve paid to get my passport done but still nothing since last year. The location changed but nothing is updated on the website, they’re so slow it’s unbelievable QUEL HONTE🤮
