3/3/2023 at 12:00am... Awful customer service. I've been treated with disrespect because I don't speak Albanian even though I'm 2nd generation with all my papers. The 1st lady at the front desk couldn't speak English at all and when I was trying to communicate, she was only saying "Uno momento", like I was Italian. The second lady was a little bit better with her English but could only speak up to a certain level. Scale from 0 to 10 I would rate the second lady a flat 3 because she was actually trying to communicate (even though her English were bad) and not avoid me (completely) like the first lady. 25 people in the room (26 with me) and I was served last because of their failure to speak English and because they didn't class me as Albanian. This is classified as discrimination and I would like to find out how on earth and with what criteria have those ladies being placed in those positions if they cannot communicate in English at least at a certain level. The best part is when I was calling the mobile that they provide on the website and it was ringing next to them but they were not answering it (they were completely ignoring it like it was not there and it was only me in the room). This is the service that they provide... These people they get paid a good salary to help us out and this is what we get. We are doomed as you can imagine. I hope my information gets to one of their managers so that another customer like me will not get the same experience... Shame on you... That's why as a country we will never go forward...
