Ridiculous service, get told taxi on route and will be 10-15 mins asked operator if thats definitely the time it would take for driver to arrive she responds yes, 20 mins go by and nothing call back for an update then advised 2-3 mins, 10 Mins go by nothing, call back again then advised driver cancelled, nothing they can do as they’re self employed. Absolute BS
