The owner was really rude, very abrupt. I had booked two pedicures which when I arrived I was told these were just file and paint. Yes, the website does say, pedicure file and paint however there was no pedicure element to it? I questioned this and they were very rude but was able to change one of the appointments. Why advertise a pedicure if there’s no pedicure element to it? There was no massage included for either treatment considering I had now “upgraded” to one full pedicure and the other pedicure file and paint. For the hour slot. She spent 40 minutes walking around, cleaning and doing other things other than actually attending to the treatment. There were also no offerings for a refreshment while we were here and where as last time we were offered drinks. Apart from washing the feet, there were no other differences with either pedicure. I was told repeatedly “next time book correctly” I can assure you after this experience there won’t be a next time. If you would like to be judged, spoken to rudely and waste your money on unfulfilled treatments then this is the place for you. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

It's a real shame the experience I had. I turned up for my appointment, and somebody else turned up at the same time whose booking hadn't gone through properly. However, they prioritised her over me, which was wrong. They took my colour off my nails, said they would be 5 minutes. I was left sitting there for an HOUR! I very nearly walked out, but was persuaded to stay. It took them overall two hours to do infills and gel overlay, which is way too long. The tools have also cut down one of my nails and it's extremely sore. When I get my nails done, I like a good experience and this was terrible. They were apologetic, but I was not a happy bunny in the slightest. Service: Manicure

I have been getting my nails done regularly at Eman for over a year now and every time my experience has been exceptional with the friendliest and most professional staff. Super accommodating and will always endeavour to fit you in for an appointment whenever possible. The BIAB treatment is my go to - it’s not one that is typically offered by most nail salons, and even after trying it at others I’ve not found technicians that do it as well as they do at Eman. Super skilled team - could not rate them more highly - 10/10! Services: Nail painting, Nail repair, Manicure, Nail designs, Nail cut & filing, Nail extensions, Gel manicures
