I was dining with my family at your restaurant yesterday and I would say wagy hummus and the baby chicken is the best. My daughter always dining there and she loves Lebanese food at Em Sherif. She had good experience, but us unfortunately not really. We were seated at the entrance table and we had the worse service ever, I asked for my bill 3 times, our waiter was busy with the table next to us and I make a conclusion that you have to pay good tips to get well served. We visited Em Sherif Monte-Carlo and there is completely different level of customer service. We received our bill on the top of our food plates, while the table next to us had all the attention from our waiter Ali. Unfortunately I won’t come back again, I believe the owner will pay attention to improv the quality of the service and the waiters skills. The food is amazing but not all the staff there.
