A return visit to a pet crematorium is never a good experience but, the staff were, just like the previous time, wonderfully accomodating and as friendly and helpful as could be. Karen, the receptionist, was a huge help to me in my darkest hour, as was the chap (Les) who carried out the cremation. My warmest, sincerest regards to them both.
