I am extremely pleased with Iulia and I always come back for the laser hair treatment confident that I will be taken care of. She always explains the steps ahead so you are not taken by surprise, she is sincere about what might and not might work, she always checks up on your comfort and does her best to reduce the pain. Unfortunately, I’m going to down grade my rating for this place based on my last visit. On 23rd April I had a gel manicure. By the 24th April the gel had cracked and peeled on two of the nails. I went back to Elyse who said they would rectify the issue but i would have to return the next day. I returned on 25th April by which time there were three nails where the gel was cracking and peeling. They redone all three and i was satisfied. Now today 30th April there is another nail where the gel is coming off! I really do not have the time to keep going back. There was obviously something wrong with the curing process or the quality or application of the gel on my first visit on 23rd. Very annoying. I won’t be returning.
