One of the most unfriendly stores I’ve visited ! Staff always chatting to each other, you’re not allowed to browse as you are followed by staff suspiciously. Not a fun experience at all, avoid at all costs. Elys is stuck in a time warp, customer service training is from the 50’s.

Very nice experience buying both an outfit and accessories for a wedding - both by chance and very pleased with the choices on offer. You can buy very reasonable and also more expensive items here, so a good choice. The service was very good both times too - thanks to Rebecca in the accessories dept today - very helpful and friendly.

I love Elys in general, but I'm posting to recommend their personal shopping service - Alice was brilliant. She listened to what I needed for a work trip, and I left with some really good pieces that worked with other things in my wardrobe to make great outfits. The team know the different outlets very well so can suggest eg perfect jeans for tall women and they have a good eye for sizing.
