Birmingham to ely, train arrives the same time as the Ely to Kings Lynn train, so its missed every single time, So I have to wait for an hour. train then gets delayed by 1 hour because of something on the track and im unable to get a refund, appauling service.

ThAnkyou so so much to JADE who helped me today I was in such a pickle after accidentally leaving my case on the train. She calmed me down and quickly called ahead tracked my case down and kept me updated while also dealing with lots of other passenger enquiries and trains. She’s a superstar. I took the train home after a long night working at the hospital, little sleep and little food. Due to my exhaustion I was too careless and forgot my suitcase on the train upon my arrival to Ely, I immediately run to Customer's Service and reported what had happened. The staff was incredibly rude "It's not my problem I was not the one that forgot my bag", "I have more thing to do", "I am very busy". I was being continuously ignored and dismissed whilst the other British passengers were treated more politely. I had to go to Cambridge station and try communicate with them since the guy in Ely was extremely rude and very unhelpful. The staff in Cambridge was excellent! so so polite and understanding and found my suitcase!!
