On arrival the young lady Claudia was very welcoming and very personable. The bedroom was very clean and sufficient for my 2 night stay. The only thing I could pick fault with is the windows not being double glazed to keep the heat in and to help sound proof from the main road traffic at the front rooms. The beds are very comfortable along with the pillows and lovely soft towels. Breakfast was really nice and a great choice of full English and continental foods, nothing was too much trouble. Drinks at the bar where brought to the table and noticed even poured by Claudia. Exceptional service! There was a new woman Ruby who was very cheerful and very tentative. Presentation staff, very polite on passing in the hotel too. The hotel overall is very well decorated and extreemly clean. The staff are exceptional!. I will definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic little hotel with great character. The hotel is very clean and clearly very well maintained. I have stayed in a few places in the area and i like this place the best. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and went out their way to make my stay comfortable, welcoming and relaxing. It is close to shops which is an added bonus. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay. Special thanks to Claudia who was brilliant.
