I used Ely Hampers for my daughter's birthday party and needed sandwiches making for about 30 people. Tessa made a really good variety that included a vegan option and made sure that any allergies were catered for. Communication was great and pricing was very reasonable and great value for money. Paul delivered the sandwiches to the venue promptly and they gave us an ETA and arrived on time. They even gave us some complimentary brownies which were absolutely delicious. If I ever have the nerve to do a child's birthday party for 30 kids again (😅) I'll definitely be using Ely Hampers! Thanks so much Tessa & Paul.

I ordered a hamper as a birthday gift. I was very late in ordering it (as in I confirmed the day of the birthday late) but Ely gift hampers were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that that the gift was put together and arrived on time. I would have been happy with the gift arriving late given how late I ordered it but was blown away by how understanding, helpful and how easy the team at Ely make the process. The recipient of the gift was also delighted with what they received and commented on how friendly the staff at Ely were when they delivered it. Absolutely can not recommend this company enough .

Just fantastic. Easy to discuss our requirements and make adjustments to our order for a group picnic. Payment and delivery was seamless and friendly. The quality of the picnics was outstanding and beautifully presented. I’m never making sandwiches for a group again 😂

I ordered the Afternoon Tea Picnic Box for my mum's birthday and she absolutely loved it! It was really easy to order and Tessa was really prompt when replying to my emails. My mum was sending me loads of pictures throughout the day saying how fresh it was and how good quality the products were within the hamper....so I definitely got brownie points this year. They have loads of different options so will definitely be ordering again. Would recommend.

Well, what can we say? Everything (from first contact, to attending the taster event, to the food arriving on the big day) has been sublime. Even months after our Wedding Party, our guests are still praising the food – particularly the pork pies! Not only did the amount and quality of food far exceed what any of us were expecting, the service provided was truly one in a million. Tessa and Paul were more than happy to accommodate the way we wanted to group the hampers and at no extra trouble were able to meet everybody’s dietary needs – no mean feat! Tessa and Paul – it is not only what you do that is truly amazing, but how you do it. Your passion is evident and that comes across in every aspect of the service you provide. Holly and I cannot thank you enough and we only wish we could eat your food every day!
