A great experience from start to finish with Jamie & Gemma. First we visited the showroom on a recommendation to find some inspiration for a round dining table & chairs, both were really helpful from the start, even bringing out place servings to check we were going for the right diameter table, once we laid up it was decided our thought on size was wrong & we went with a 4.5ft Diameter, great people to deal with. Once we placed our order Gemma kept us informed on progress, there was a slight delay on materials from peony & sage for the chair seats although this worked for us as we were still decorating /sorting the space(materials from this company beautiful). Quality looks and feels great, oak top nicely treated , coloured pedestal & chairs perfect(dimpse to match up with our drinks larder). Delivery guys were also great to work with & informative. All round top Uk company to work with, we would recommend without hesitation & will utilise with our next project. Many thanks

Impeccable service from start to finish. I ordered a pedestal table with oak top in mist and chairs in Wimborne White. The furniture is beautifully made and absolutely perfect, clearly built to last for years to come. Excellent service, always friendly and professional and quality furniture, would highly recommend. We ordered a shaker TV unit after visiting the showroom, bespoke measurements and in our choice of colour , Little Greene Portland Stone. It arrived yesterday and it’s perfect, couldn’t be happier. Having something made isn’t always so easy but Ely Farmhouse clearly know their product and were able to advise, provide samples and delivered ahead of time. We have a piece of furniture that completes our living room and is built to last . Thank you

Our initial experience of this company was positive. The furniture in the show room looks amazing and the service was good but as soon as we had brought the items that was the end of the good service. We were told that we would have the items within 8 - 10 weeks it took 4 months it only came this quickly because we chased them. You call the store get promises that you will be called back and no one calls. Upon finally receiving delivery we were told that we would have to carry our own furniture into the house despite never been told this was required and despite paying for delivery. The quality of the furniture is not good. The paint is chipped and flaking in areas. You can see the wood glue used and there is clear damage to the furniture. In the T&Cs of this company they say they will put right any imperfections you find this is not the case. Please don’t use this company and find yourself in our boat having paid a lot of money for bespoke furniture that is not of high craftsmanship
