    Quite busy but staff were helpful and quick to get drivers through to their experience. They do try to upsell you at every corner so try not to get caught up in it.

    I had been looking forward to a visit here for some years. The airside service was excellent and friendly but once inside I was disappointed by the feel of the place. The restaurant was vaguely unfriendly and expensive. They had some interesting exhibits but a lack of care for them was evident. Peeling paint and an uncared for appearance prevailed which was sad to see. This included a rare Javelin example which was in danger of falling apart. The Lightning was also in dire need of some TLC. East Kirkby is far more interesting and the contrast showed!
