I started looking for an aero bike on a budget a couple of months ago for my son. We found Elves and soon learned a new model was being launched (the EVO). But more interesting : we found out there's a UK based distributor. We got in contact with Simon and Sarah and the rest is history. We ordered the EVO, got it delivered and it's built and on the road now. The bike is nothing but stunning. Which is great news. But what really surprised us is the incredible services from Simon and Sarah! A breath of fresh air in times where customer services are often far below acceptable. I'm actually a bit jealous of my sons bike and started the process to order one for myself. This time a fully custom paint job, customized for my company!

I can´t stress enough how much I enjoyed the support recieved (and still recieving) expecially from the UK distributors Sarah & Simon. When I ordered my Falath Evo frame back in March 2023 they led me through the whole process of a custom paint job for the frame in a very friendly and straight forward way. During the build they were very responsive to every question I had and felt how much they love their work in making sure that the customer is happy. They are really keen to build a customer relationship which doesn´t end after pressing the order button. The quality of the recieved bike frame was imacular. The paint job turned out absoultely stunning, both in quality and looks. Even the accessories that came with the kit are (mostly from high quality and great to have to build the frame. It totally exceeded the expectations for a frame that costs a fith of comparable western brands. I have ridden a few different bikes before, including a Trek Emonda SLR and must say the Evo has been the best bike I have ridden so far. I wish Sarah and Simon all the best in further establishing the brand in the UK.

I’ve honestly got the Elves bug and won’t be turning back. Couldn’t recommend them enough and believe wholeheartedly that this brand is going places, even more so than they already are. The customer care I have received from Sarah-Jane and Simon has been second to none. They’ve made the whole experience with Elves that much better and love interacting with them. I can certainly say that Elves Eglath has been fantastic, I’m a British cyclist who has been highly into racing and pushing myself, having a high quality bike like Elves-Eglath does makes the job easier, the bike performs really well, climbs really good, and is stiff enough for what the bike is. I’m 178cm 71kg I have picked a frame size 50-M with a 120mm stem, it fits me perfectly, the ride on this model is so comfortable and fun. I’m using shimano ultegra R8020 Hunt wheels 54mm deep The bike weights 7.5kg I must have done about 10k km on this bike so far the bike been faultless, loving this little beast.

My personal experience with Elves Global & the Elves UK team has been faultless to be honest. They UK team are easily contactable and were incredibly helpful when I was building up my frame and had a couple of questions along the way. As for the frame itself (Falath Pro 2022) So far so good, it's light, stiff, and the custom paint was finished well. I'll be racing it in the UK for the future, so hopefully I can see some results on it. 10/10 would buy again, great value for money :)
