Can not be trusted. My Elta extractor fan died, I thought it would be covered in the warranty. But it seems that Elta Fans will find any excuse not to honour their warranty. I sent them a photo of the unit and they said they cannot provide replacements or repairs because it looks like the unit may not have been "maintained every 6 months". They want to milk me for another "£400 + VAT". :( (Screen shot of the email attached)
