Ich habe ein Goldarmband gekauft, welches auf den Bildern in einem schönen Zustand abgebildet wurde. Als es gestern bei mir ankam, musste ich feststellen, dass das Armband beschädigt ist und ein Teil des Armbands sogar fehlte. Der Versand dauerte ebenfalls ewig und die Kommunikation mit dem Auktionshaus war weder freundlich noch professionell.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE! After buying an expensive solid silver pair of pots showing them in great condition in photos, on delivery I discovered the rear of one of the pots is severely damaged making them worthless. They 'omitted' this from their description and have T&Cs protecting them from any come back. They are now ignoring any of my emails. A very dishonest bunch of con artists.

Arrived in good time for an agreed appointment 10.30 ,I was directed to sit on a chesterton next to the valuation desk being conducted by Melanie.It soon became clear that my appointment was not going to be on time. After waiting 35 mins I had to leave otherwise I would be late for my neaxt appointment.Also I could hear every detail of the ongoing valuation which was concerning, may I suggest that in future you have an assistant to place on a table, and list the items to be valued. Then the valuer can move to the table and do her job when she has finished the last one
