Appalling, discourteous service -- I wanted to use this firm for specialist reasons, based on the way they treat potential clients I'm glad I'm not using this firm. For a period of 6 weeks, one of their partners failed to respond to any of my calls and emails and also ignored any documentation and communication from my case underwriters. I consequently had to make alternative arrangements so as to not pass the limitation date on my claim. Despicable!
