I had a bad experience and I would never use them again and as such I can’t recommend them. After less than 1 yr the fence they put in place was destroyed by the wind. Instead of apologising and try to send somebody to help to fix it asap were too busy and left me for over 6 weeks without a fence. I eventually fixed it using a different provider. I can understand that they might be super busy but imho if you have a customer with a problem with a fence that is put in place less than a year ago such customer should be treated with high priority and respect. I am not suggesting that should have a 1 yr warranty and fix it for free but at least some type of customer service and over prioritise it.

I specifically asked for a shed (to replace the old one) that was 210x145cm, made to order, to fit on our concrete base. I was told this was possible. However I was delivered a 7'x4' standard shed and robbed of 27cm, but charged a grand amount of £930. I got a tiny base that is 123 x 213. I asked for the shed to be 2.5 tall. Instead it is 2m. Also, it didn't even include the window panel. I had to go and spend another £33 to buy an acrylic sheet as no one sold it to size. We seriously considered not putting it together and making a formal complaint, but had no choice as we had disposed of the previous shed the day before and had the contents on our lawn. Although the order was placed in October it was only ready on 15th December. Had I wanted a 7'x4' shed, which is a form of measurement extremely imprecise, I would have gone to Homebase. Far cheaper. The above, was combined with appallingly bare instructions and bits of wood sticking out, broken, from the door of the shed. And surplus wood that I have no idea what it is for. The door had to be sawed as it did not fit in the opening... Their customer service is appalling, and I feel extremely disappointed and exploited. All in all, total shambles. Never again.

My 2nd interaction with them was not satisfactory at all. They asked for £40 delivery for a £40 item and it is within 3.5 miles. Sorry I realized, that the earlier review was way overrated and they do not deserve it. I would still recommend Elmwood fencing, but speak to them on phone before going there to avoid any surprises. At last I found similar product online with lower price and delivered to my home
