Following major fire damage to our home, garden and garage Elmtree were appointed as the contractors. From the initial visit and meeting we knew we were in good hands. Mark explained all so clearly and was genuine and friendly, this made us feel much better after the trauma. Work was slow to start as the pandemic crippled the country. When the work began the brickie, Josh and Corry were fantastic in all ways, polite hard working and well aware of the Covid situation - really nice guys. Dean and Ryan were also superb when laying the flags - fantastic job The plasterer... Martin is an artist in his work and with a permanent smile. Another artist was Scott the supplier and fitter of the new windows, doors, conservatory and guttering. Locals were appointed to supply and fit garage door and lay the asphalt drive - again a great job. Final job was for the painters, Mathew and Luke, again top quality in their work and real gents. The whole place has changed, looks brilliant (we can hear people that are passing commenting how well it looks) All workmen were experts, clean in their work, polite, friendly and very hard working. All good ships have a good captain and navigator and we must thank Mark for all his work, advice and friendship and to Lauren at the office who again is super efficient, polite, genuine and ever so helpful. Great to see the job done but Jayne and I will miss you all .. P.S. we've loads of bacon left, so if you are near Stanley Ave - pop in Diolch o galon am eich gwaith. Service: Refurbishment

Elmtree Contractors organised the refit work on our property after flooding in February 2020. The quality of the work by all the trades involved was very impressive. Mark and the office team were always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. Everyone of the workmen that came into the property were professional, polite, punctual and helpful. The workmen are a credit to the company as the finished job was outstanding. They turned an empty shell into our home again just in time for Christmas. Mark and his team did an outstanding job putting our house back together after our header tank broke and flooded the entire house while we were away. New ceilings put up, walls plastered new kitchen put in all to a very high standard. The workers never stopped and were polite and respectful at all times. A truly professional service and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Shocking company..... 100% do not use them for your insurance work. Cowboys turn upto your home and make a total mess. Mark to owner is a car sales man and talks utter nonsense never returnes calls the office have no idea what is going on and his workforce hate working for him.

Quoted for a job but they did a much cheaper version. We phoned to complain two or three times and even tried contacting the MD and writing to him but they are not interested once they have your money. Lodged a complaint with Trading Standards.

Still waiting for repairs and touch ups to be finished 3 yr after a 3wk long job that took 6 month. Fitted new kitchen units not fastened to walls. New boiler was fitted no room thermostat with is against 2012 building regs and gas pipes were cut and replaced with incorrect size. New bathroom also fitted I've had to replace the wooden blocks and adjust the bath feet to touch floor and clear up all the waste they'do put down floor boards
