Not great at all very very very unprofessional ! Twice had been let down Booked 4 hours slot week before no show on the day chased the whereabouts apparently overlooked to inform that appointment had to be cancelled due to reassigning the cleaner elsewhere . Left with a blank diary on the day which could have been utilised otherwise . Will not recommend at all !!! Do not fall for it .
