We are actually an hour and a half away from Milford on Sea but were staying in the area two days before my son’s 2nd birthday party, a local cake maker to us then let us down with the cake we Had ordered…..in my panic I then called some local to where we were staying and in came Mandy…..wow! What a lovely lovely person she is and what a superb service she offers! I nearly cried when she said she couldn’t let my son go without his fire engine theme cake (he loves fireman Sam!) Unbelievably….Mandy confirmed with us at 9:30am that she could make the cake and by 4pm she had messaged that it was ready. I have to say…every message exchanged was just lovely with Mandy, the cake itself looked incredible and better than what we’d ordered originally! And the taste!! It was absolutely sublime! Thanks so much again Mandy xx you saved the day! And we have said we should make a habit of visiting just before his birthday so we can pick up from you!! More notice of course next time!

I was absolutely blown away with the end result - it far exceeded my expectations. The cake was both fantastic to look at and eat. Wow, wow, wow! From the first contact with Mandy to the day of delivery, I have been super impressed. I ordered 3 cakes for my "Bond" themed 60th birthday and she did not disappoint! We met Mandy and fell in love with her cheese cake inspiration and her sheer passion. Mandy kept us updated right up to the wedding eve and when she arrived we were blown away… such a beautiful masterpiece. We had 8 vegan guests and Mandy supplied some delicious vegan cheeses, she ensured they had separate cheese knives and were discreetly separated by a wall of fruit.. our vegan guests were so delighted and touched by the efforts Mandy made to respect their dietary needs. I don’t think this review does my sheer amazement and delight that the cheese cake made to our special day - I cannot recommend Mandy HIGHLY enough - if you want a cheese cake for your wedding or celebration.. you won’t go wrong booking Mandy - amazing cheese, amazing presentation and attention to detail… just totally amazing!!’

We originally booked Mandy pre-covid and unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding on numerous occasions, Mandy was so accommodating every time we postponed, she re-booked us in every time and was always so reassuring. The cake for our wedding was absolutely beautiful, Mandy absolutely nailed it. From our original chat she drew up a rough sketch and some ideas and the cake matched everything we asked for, she really made it perfect and I’m so glad we put our trust in her. All our wedding guests commented on how beautiful the cake design was and how it fit the theme so well. Not to mention, every tier had a different flavour and all 3 tasted divine!! We wanted something modern which reflected our river-side venue, and Mandy designed a wonderfully unique cake which all the guests loved. The flavours of the different tiers (a hidden rainbow velvet cake in the bottom, and then elderflower sponge and lemon drizzle) went down really well!
